Analog Devices acquires technology assets of US startup Flex Logix

American startup Flex Logix has sold its technology assets to large listed company ADI. The acquisition includes Flex Logix's technology assets and technical team, as well as the handling of its existing customers. ADI hopes to enhance its digital product portfolio through this acquisition and better provide solutions to customers.
