Stellantis Group and Infineon Technologies join forces to develop electric vehicle powertrain architecture

Stellantis Group and Infineon Technologies announced that they are working together to develop the power architecture of Stellantis' electric vehicles. They have signed a supply and capacity booking agreement, including SiC device products. Under this agreement, Infineon will provide Stellantis with PROFET™ smart power switches and SiC CoolSiC™ semiconductors. These SiC semiconductors will help the Stellantis Group standardize its power modules while improving the performance and efficiency of electric vehicles.
