KeLu Electronics was banned from entering the market, with far-reaching impact

KeLu Electronics recently learned from the China Southern Power Grid Supply Chain Unified Service Platform that the company will be banned from the market by China Southern Power Grid Co., Ltd. for 18 months starting from July 29, 2024. The scope of this market ban does not include the company's subsidiaries (except for those with the same legal representative as the company). Affected by this, KeLu Electronics will not be able to participate in all bidding activities within the China Southern Power Grid system, including the previously won 256 million yuan project and other projects that have won the bid but not signed the contract.
