Nissan follows Tesla's footsteps and adopts Gigacasting to cut costs

Nissan Motor Co. is following Tesla's lead by aiming to cut 10 percent in electric vehicle parts costs and save $1 billion in research and development costs by using advanced Gigacast technology, which is expected to make electric vehicles more affordable and more popular.
