Ideal Auto may carry out a second wave of layoffs in September this year

According to Phoenix.com Technology, a former employee of Ideal Auto revealed that if the company's performance in the third quarter is still not ideal, it may launch a second wave of layoffs in September. Earlier, Electric Home reported that after the May Day holiday, Ideal Auto has started a new round of company-wide employee optimization, involving about 5,600 people, accounting for 18% of the total number of employees. However, some laid-off employees said that the actual number of layoffs may be close to 10,000. At present, the total number of Ideal employees has dropped from 30,000 at its peak to about 22,000.
