Shanghai Belling Company Introduction

Founded in 1988, Shanghai Belling is a pioneer in China's integrated circuit industry and the first Sino-foreign joint venture. The company was restructured and listed in 1998, becoming the first listed company in China's integrated circuit industry. Currently, China Electronics Information Industry Group Co., Ltd. (CEC) and Huada Semiconductor are the leaders of the company and the controlling shareholder respectively. With its strong R&D strength, Shanghai Belling has established R&D centers in many places across the country, dedicated to the design of integrated circuit chips and product application development.
