Hubei Automotive Grade Chip Industry Technology Innovation Consortium releases high-performance automotive grade MCU chip

On November 9, 2024, the annual conference of Hubei Automotive-Grade Chip Industry Technology Innovation Consortium was held in Wuhan, and Dongfeng Motor Group Co., Ltd. released the domestically produced independent and controllable high-performance automotive-grade MCU chip DF30. This chip is the first high-end automotive-grade MCU chip in China based on the independent open source RISC-V multi-core architecture and developed using the domestic 40nm automotive-grade process, filling the gap in this field in China. The high performance, strong controllability, ultra-safety and extremely reliable characteristics of the DF30 chip enable it to be widely used in multiple automotive fields, providing strong support for the intelligent and networked development of the automotive industry.
