Century Jinguang's 6-inch silicon carbide single crystal has entered mass production

Century Golden Optoelectronics' 6-inch silicon carbide single crystals have been put into mass production. The company's power device and module preparation has covered silicon carbide Schottky diodes (SBDs) with rated voltages of 650-1700V and rated currents of 5-100A, and metal-oxide semiconductor field-effect transistors (MOSFETs) with rated voltages of 650-1200V and rated currents of 20-100A.
