BYD suspends plans to list in Canada

BYD recently decided to suspend its plans to enter the Canadian market due to Canada's 100% federal tariff on electric vehicles imported from China. Although BYD has held talks with Canadian dealers and discussed how to obtain government support in the past few months, these efforts appear to have been temporarily put on hold due to the tariff issue.
