Infineon Technologies Launches New Generation of High-Voltage and Medium-Voltage CoolGaN Devices

Infineon Technologies recently announced the launch of two new generation high voltage (HV) and medium voltage (MV) CoolGaN devices. Both new product families are manufactured in its factories in Malaysia and Austria based on high-performance 8-inch wafer foundry processes. These new devices will enable customers to use GaN with voltage levels from 40V to 700V in a wider range of applications.
