AMEC becomes the largest shareholder of Ruili Scientific

In 2020 and 2021, AMEC invested a total of more than RMB 200 million in Ruili Scientific Instruments (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., becoming its largest shareholder with a shareholding ratio of more than 36%. Dr. Zhiyao Yin, Chairman of AMEC, personally served as Chairman of Ruili Scientific Instruments.
