Taiya Semiconductor to spin off 8-inch GaN business to subsidiary

Taiya Semiconductor has decided to spin off its 8-inch GaN business to its subsidiary, Crown Asia Semiconductor. This move is part of Taiya Semiconductor's plan to gradually build up its "Asia Family Army" and other group subsidiaries, aiming to promote the IPO of third-generation compound semiconductors, visual display, IC design and other subsidiaries in batches.
