Ruili Science becomes the only domestic equipment manufacturer to enter Samsung's semiconductor production line

It is reported that Ruili Scientific Instruments (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. has become the only domestic equipment manufacturer to enter Samsung's semiconductor production line. It is also the only domestic equipment company that currently provides batch graphic optical defect detection equipment for semiconductor chip manufacturing yield control.
