MACOM Launches GaN-on-SiC Technology Development Program

MACOM recently announced that it will lead a GaN-on-SiC technology development project for RF and microwave applications. The main goal of the project is to develop GaN-based materials and semiconductor manufacturing processes for MMICs to achieve efficient operation at high voltage and millimeter wave (mmW) frequencies.
