Mobileye uses MIPS P8700 RISC-V core to develop self-driving cars

Mobileye, a major autonomous vehicle technology company, has adopted MIPS’ P8700 RISC-V core to develop future autonomous vehicles and highly automated driving system products. Elchanan Rushinek, Executive Vice President of Engineering at Mobileye, said MIPS was a key partner in the successful development of their EyeQ™ system-on-chip.
