Tesla becomes the first foreign automaker to receive the "Automobile Privacy Protection" logo in China

At the 2024 China Automotive Software Conference, the "Automobile Privacy Protection" logo, hosted by the China Association of Automobile Manufacturers, was officially released. As the only foreign-funded enterprise that meets the compliance requirements, Tesla successfully passed the evaluation and obtained the authorization of the logo. Tesla Model products have been tested by a third-party motor vehicle testing agency and meet the requirements of the "Automobile Privacy Protection Function Evaluation Specification", so they are authorized to use the "Automobile Privacy Protection" logo.
