The second phase semiconductor project of Tiancheng Technology's Shanghai factory is about to start production

Tiancheng Technology's Shanghai plant phase II semiconductor project is expected to start production in the first half of 2024. The project is now nearing completion and will enter the customer verification and product volume phase. The company has completed the research and development of RDL, bumping-related base fluids and electroplating additives in the field of advanced packaging, and some products have entered the final verification stage of end customers.
