Ett dotterbolag till Liancheng CNC har implementerat produktion av halvledarutrustning och genomfört flera SiC-projekt

Liancheng CNC har totalt fem dotterbolag som sysslar med produktion av halvledarutrustning, inklusive Lianke Semiconductor, Liancheng Kex, Liancheng Crystal, Fuchuan Co., Ltd. och Liancheng Intelligent. Dessa dotterbolag genomför flera SiC-projekt, såsom high-end halvledar- och fotovoltaisk utrustning FoU och tillverkningsexpansionsprojekt, high-end halvledarutrustning FoU och tillverkningsfas II-projekt, och SiC-substratutrustningsprojekt.
