Shanxi Shuoke Silicon Carbide Equipment Enters Site, Trial Production Expected in March

The second phase of the Shanxi Shuoke Silicon Carbide Materials Industrial Base project has completed the equipment delivery work and plans to start trial production in March. The project has a total investment of 500 million yuan and mainly produces SiC substrates. It is expected that the annual output value will reach 300,000 pieces after it goes into production.
