China's IGBT manufacturers are mainly concentrated in the medium and low voltage markets. For example, the IGBT products of manufacturers such as Macromicro Technology, BYD Semiconductor, Silan Microelectronics, and New Clean Energy are all concentrated in the IGBT market below 1500V, and the products are mainly suitable for new energy vehicles, home appliances, welding machines and other fields. Times Electric and Star Semiconductor also have layouts in high voltages of 3300V and above, and their products are mainly suitable for high-speed rail, power grid transmission, etc.
