BYD negotiates with Sigma Lithium

BYD and Brazilian lithium company Sigma Lithium may have held talks on a supply agreement, joint venture or acquisition. BYD chairman in the South American country Alexandre Baldy revealed that BYD met with Sigma Lithium CEO Ana Cabral Gardner in Sao Paulo last month, but did not disclose details due to a confidentiality agreement.
