Bosch expands production capacity of silicon carbide power semiconductors

Bosch plans to invest 3 billion euros in the semiconductor business in the next five years, part of which will be used to build two new chip R&D centers in Reutlingen and Dresden, Germany. In addition, Bosch will add a 3,000 square meter clean room in the Dresden wafer factory.
