Arbe Robotics Successfully Completes $49 Million IPO

Arbe Robotics, an Israeli advanced driver assistance system supplier, has successfully completed a $49 million public offering. The company raised $15 million by selling 8.25 million common shares (or pre-funding warrants) at a price of $1.82 per share. In addition, Class A warrants and Class B warrants were also issued, providing an additional $34 million in funds at exercise prices of $2.35 and $1.82 per share, respectively. These funds will be used to support the company's daily operations.
