Nexperia establishes strategic partnership with German automotive supplier KOSTAL

Nexperia has established a strategic partnership with German automotive supplier KOSTAL to produce wide bandgap (WBG) devices that better meet the stringent requirements of automotive applications. The initial collaboration will focus on the development of silicon carbide (SiC) MOSFET devices in top-cooled (TSC) QDPAK packages for electric vehicles (EVs) and on-board chargers (OBCs).
