Kia Motors is reportedly in talks with Thailand to set up an electric vehicle factory

South Korean automaker Kia Motors is in talks with Thailand to build an electric vehicle plant in the country, two Thai government sources said, with talks currently underway focusing on the incentives the automaker is seeking from the Thai government.
