GigaDevice plans to acquire 70% of Suzhou Syschip Technology Co., Ltd.

On the evening of November 5, GigaDevice announced plans to jointly acquire 70% of the shares of Suzhou Syschip Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. in cash with several investors. According to the evaluation of Beijing Zhuoxin Dahua Asset Appraisal Co., Ltd., the valuation of 100% equity of Suzhou Syschip is 831.1947 million yuan, so the transaction price of 70% equity of Suzhou Syschip is set at 581.000 million yuan. Among them, GigaDevice will acquire approximately 38.07% of Suzhou Syschip's shares with 316 million yuan in cash.
