Infineon Technologies invests more than 2 billion euros in Malaysia

Infineon Technologies has announced an investment of more than 2 billion euros in Malaysia to build a new silicon carbide (SiC) and gallium nitride (GaN) power semiconductor product plant. This investment will further enhance Malaysia's position in the global semiconductor industry chain.
