Kioxia's revenue in the first quarter increased by 26.3% month-on-month

In the global NAND Flash market in the first quarter of 2024, Kioxia's revenue was US$1.822 billion, a month-on-month increase of 26.3%, and its market share was 12.4%, a decrease of 0.2 percentage points from the previous month. This change was mainly due to the fact that SK Hynix's shipments in the first quarter were still affected by the previous production reduction strategy, and the shipment bits only increased by 7% month-on-month, but it still benefited from the increase in the average price of NAND Flash, driving revenue growth in the first quarter.
