Goodix Technology plans to sell all shares of its subsidiaries DCT GmbH and DCT B.V.

Shenzhen Goodix Technology Co., Ltd. ("Goodix Technology") recently announced that in order to optimize resource allocation and enhance the company's core competitiveness, its wholly-owned subsidiary Goodix Technology (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd. plans to sell 100% of the shares of Dream Chip Technologies GmbH ("DCT GmbH") and Dream Chip Technologies B.V. ("DCT B.V.") held by the company to Tessolve Engineering Service Pte. Ltd. The transaction is expected to be adjusted based on the initial transaction price of EUR 42.5 million.
