China Ceramics Electronics' subsidiary supplies silicon carbide chips to BYD in bulk

Guolian Wanzhong, a subsidiary of Zhongci Electronics, has successfully supplied silicon carbide automotive chips to BYD in batches. In addition, the company is also in contact and negotiating cooperation with other potential customers. Zhongci Electronics said that the relevant production capacity is currently under construction, and it is expected that the monthly production capacity will reach 5,000 pieces by the end of 2023, and the monthly production capacity will be between 5,000 and 10,000 pieces in 2024.
