Renault to develop affordable cars with Chinese partners

Renault has announced it will work with a Chinese engineering company to develop a Twingo car priced under 20,000 euros. A spokesman for Renault's Ampere electric car division said the car's development was progressing rapidly and was expected to be completed within two years.
