Bosch launches new generation SiC power module PM6, leading innovation in automotive power electronics

Bosch recently announced that they have successfully developed a new generation of SiC power module PM6 and have officially launched it on the market. This new module uses Bosch's self-developed second-generation trench SiC technology, which reduces the on-resistance per unit area by 30% compared with the previous generation, while the short-circuit robustness is also further improved. PM6 supports 400V/800V system platforms and can adapt to different application scenarios.
