Anhui Jianghuai Automobile and its partners signed a joint venture framework agreement

On September 6, 2022, Anhui Jianghuai Automobile Group, Ankai Bus, Fudi Battery and Zhejiang Storage Energy Group reached a consensus on power battery cooperation and signed the "Joint Venture Framework Agreement". According to the agreement, the four parties plan to jointly invest in the establishment of a joint venture company focusing on the production of new energy power batteries for the commercial vehicle market.
