Jiaxing Jiashan County introduces 1 billion yuan SiC device project

On May 27, Jiashan County, Jiaxing City, Zhejiang Province held the 2024 Investment Development Conference, signing 63 projects with a total investment of over 15 billion yuan. Among them, Zhizhan Technology signed a 1 billion yuan SiC device project, planning to expand the research and development and production of silicon carbide semiconductor devices and application products in Jiashan. Zhizhan Technology expects its annual output value to reach 500 million yuan this year, and the annual output value will reach 5 billion yuan after the completion of the new project.
