Ganfeng Lithium's subsidiary plans to acquire 40% stake in Mali Lithium for US$342.7 million

A wholly-owned subsidiary of Ganfeng Lithium plans to acquire a 40% stake in Mali Lithium for US$342.7 million. Together with the 60% stake in Mali Lithium acquired previously for US$203 million, the company will hold all the shares of Mali Lithium after this acquisition.
