Ruili Scientific Instruments completed strategic financing of nearly 500 million yuan

Recently, Ruili Scientific Instruments (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. announced that it has completed a strategic financing of nearly RMB 500 million. The financing was jointly led by Jinshi Investment and China Merchants Zhiyuan, and followed by Henan Assets, Jinxin Capital, Dingqing Investment and other institutions. The funds raised will be mainly used to enhance its domestic substitution capabilities for optical measurement equipment used in advanced semiconductor processes, enrich product categories, and increase market development efforts.
