Guanya Semiconductor's 8-inch GaN production line is about to start trial production

The first batch of equipment for Guanya Semiconductor's 8-inch GaN production line has been fully in place, and trial production is expected to begin in the third quarter. If all goes well, Guanya will complete the first product before the fourth quarter, and the monthly production capacity of the first production line is expected to reach 2,000 pieces.
