LG Chem sues Rongbai Technology for patent infringement

LG Chem recently sued Chinese new energy cathode material manufacturer Rongbai Technology in the Seoul District Court, alleging that its Korean subsidiary Zaishi Energy infringed five of LG Chem's Korean patents. Rongbai Technology refuted this, insisting that their products fully comply with all relevant legal requirements and do not infringe any of LG Chem's patents.
