Lincoln China will be integrated into Ford China's financial settlement system and continue to operate independently

According to the latest reports, Lincoln China will merge its financial settlement system into Ford China from 2025 to simplify and integrate the complex internal financial system and improve internal operational efficiency. Despite the merger of the financial system, Lincoln China's various businesses will remain unchanged and will continue to operate independently in the Chinese market as a wholly foreign-owned enterprise of the Ford Group. Lincoln's status as a sales and service company in China will be cancelled, and its domestic sales, marketing and customer service functions will be incorporated into Ford China. This marks that Lincoln has once again entered a period of strategic contraction in China.
