SK Hynix announces third quarter 2024 financial results

SK Hynix announced its third-quarter 2024 financial report on October 24. The report showed that the consolidated revenue for the quarter reached 17.5731 trillion won, a year-on-year increase of 94% and a month-on-month increase of 7%, setting a new record for a single quarter. In terms of DRAM business, SK Hynix quickly transitioned from HBM3 to eight-layer HBM3E, and began mass production of 12-layer HBM3E products in September, with plans to start supplying them in the fourth quarter.
