Chongqing Xinlian Microelectronics Co., Ltd. was established in October 2023. It is a joint venture between the High-tech Zone Research Institute and Xiyong Micro Industrial Park. It is a 12-inch high-end specialty integrated circuit process line project focused on by the Chongqing Municipal Government, with a total investment of more than 25 billion yuan. The company mainly develops, produces and sells automotive-grade MCU chips, automotive-grade RF chips, power management chips, automotive-grade processor chips and other products, which are used in commercial aircraft, industrial control, rail transportation, medical electronics and other fields.
