Eight companies jointly develop new AI data center network interconnect technology

Eight companies including AMD, Broadcom, Cisco, Google, HP, Intel, Meta and Microsoft announced that they have jointly developed a new interconnect technology called UALink, which aims to provide an open standard for artificial intelligence data center networks to break Nvidia's market dominance.
