Bethel is steadily advancing the development of its new products and technologies for wire-controlled chassis, including WCBS 2.0 (with brake redundancy), EMB (Electromechanical Braking System), DP-EPS, R-EPS steering system, wire-controlled steering system and ADAS high-precision map function technology. To support the further development of these products and technologies, the company plans to raise funds by issuing convertible bonds to expand its wire-controlled braking and lightweight production capacity.
