STMicroelectronics deploys silicon carbide industry chain globally

STMicroelectronics currently has three SiC factories in Catania, Italy, Ang Mo Kio, Singapore and Chongqing, China. Among them, Catania and Ang Mo Kio produce 6-inch SiC wafers, while the factory in Chongqing, China plans to produce 8-inch SiC wafers to meet the needs of the Chinese market.
