Jinzhong Holdings acquires 40% equity interest in Huaxin Company

Jinzhong Group announced the acquisition of a 40% stake in its holding subsidiary Guangzhou Huaxin Composite Materials Technology Co., Ltd. The acquisition will enable Jinzhong Group to hold all the shares of Huaxin Company, further strengthening its position in the automotive carbon fiber composite materials market.
