The integrated die-casting super factory construction project of FAW Foundry Co., Ltd. is located in Changchun Automobile Economic and Technological Development Zone, Changchun City, Jilin Province, with a total investment of 310.1027 million yuan. The project mainly produces integrated front cabins, rear floors and CTC battery shell covers for the new Hongqi E802 and EHS9 models. The factory will build new die-casting units and processing production lines, and will be equipped with casting mold maintenance equipment, quality inspection equipment, public power equipment, etc. The project is expected to be completed in June 2024, with an annual production capacity of 85,700 die-casting parts.
