In May, Leapmotor International was officially established. The joint venture is held by Stellantis Group with 51% and Leapmotor Auto with 49% respectively. It is headquartered in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. Leapmotor International plans to launch Leapmotor cars in nine European markets including France, Italy, Germany, the Netherlands, Spain, Portugal, Belgium, Greece and Romania starting from September this year.
