The Tyco Tianrun headquarters project is located in the Zhongguancun Shunyi Park Third Generation Semiconductor Industrial Base, with a planned construction area of ​​46,000 square meters. After the project is completed, Tyco Tianrun will move into the Zhongguancun Shunyi Park Third Generation Semiconductor Industrial Base to develop and produce 6-8 inch SiC power devices for new energy vehicles, high-voltage power grids and other fields.
