Recently, SIRUI Intelligent Technology, which focuses on the research and development of semiconductor front-end process equipment, successfully completed its B+ round of financing. This round of financing was led by Qingsong Capital, and many well-known institutions such as CICC Capital, CRRC Sifang Research Institute, CRRC Capital, Stonebrook Capital, and Qianfan Capital participated in the investment. SIRUI Intelligent Technology's core products include atomic layer deposition (ALD) equipment and ion implantation (IMP) equipment, which play an important role in the front-end wafer manufacturing process.
