Kangxi Communications plans to acquire part of the equity of SMIC

Gran Kangxi Communication Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. (Kangxi Communication) announced that the company is planning to acquire part of the equity of Shenzhen Xinzhongxin Technology Co., Ltd. (Xinzhongxin Technology), increasing its shareholding ratio to 51%. Kangxi Communication was established in 2014 and focuses on Wi-Fi RF front-end chips. It is one of the earliest companies in China to achieve mass production of Wi-Fi 6 FEM. Xinzhongxin Technology was established in 2007 and mainly deals in intelligent control modules and solutions based on Wi-Fi, audio DSP, Bluetooth, AIoT and other technologies.
